Sebastian Buerba is a versatile hands-on executive with extensive experience spanning strategy, marketing, product, ecommerce, M&A, operations, business development, UX design and even coding and building AI models. He has worked for small, medium, and large firms and played a key role in a $6.6B sale to private equity but has also built a successful global molecular gastronomy startup with $1M in annual revenue with no employees and no previous industry experience.


Sebastian is data-driven, passionate, and entrepreneurial with a soft spot for good design. He excels at identifying compelling value propositions that effectively address customer needs and establish trust in the product. Sebastian deeply believes in focusing on cost-effective marketing strategies and tactics as it helps businesses stretch their marketing dollars further to maximize ROI and encourages the team to ensure they are investing in the most effective channels for the target audience.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Telecommunications from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Sebastian also holds an MBA with honors from The Anderson School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles. Sebastian enjoys traveling around the world, spending quality time with his family, and building things with his son.

As a paid search expert for domestic and international markets, Eric has managed annual spend of over $20 million across all search platforms for multiple brands. His philosophy of "always be testing" and giving accurate attribution to other channels has consistently generated new opportunities to grow revenue. Eric focuses on ensuring that all incremental spend has a positive ROI. Unlike most in the industry, Eric will not use averages to mask negative ROI segments. He truly makes every dollar work for you.

Eric recognizes that relevant and high-quality content is essential to SEO and social media success. He has implemented winning programs that utilize video, infographics, whitepapers, and articles achieving top-ranking positions on search engines while also maintaining an engaging presence on social media platforms.

Eric graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration. As a former professional skateboarder who competed against Tony Hawk, he loves to "grind the lip" skateboarding in empty swimming pools when he is not working. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and their German Shepherd.

Mark graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Political Science and lives in the South Bay with his wife and two kids. When not listening to his favorite podcasts, he’s likely coaching his daughter’s softball team or son’s basketball and baseball teams.

With a background in advertising and marketing, Steve brings a unique, strategic and results-oriented mindset to every creative execution.

Steve’s talents extend far beyond words and pictures. Steve immerses himself in the details of every business he serves. He will seek to understand, engage and compel your customers to take action. He will question assumptions and push boundaries. Steve knows that great design and messaging are key to engaging customers and driving sales, and he's committed to creating work that's not just beautiful, but effective. At the same time, Steve is always eager to test and iterate based on data and results. He is fueled by collaboration and uses it to push creativity forward and drive better outcomes.

Steve graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. In his spare time, you'll find Steve on the pickleball courts of Pasadena, hiking the San Gabriel Mountains or watching his beloved Chicago Cubs.
